What to Expect in a Session
Every mild HBO session is designed around comfort and safety. Once you've booked your appointment, our team welcomes you and walks you through everything in detail. Plan for about 90 minutes in total.
Before we start, we explain everything you need to know about the session and the optional training options. During the treatment, you're inside the hyperbaric chamber and free to spend the time however you like. If you choose the optional mild HBO training, weights and additional equipment are available right inside the chamber.
You train independently, at your own pace and fitness level. After the session, we take a few minutes for a short debrief – our team is happy to answer questions, share recommendations, or help you plan your next treatments.
