Why micronutrients?
Longevity starts at the cellular level
Modern longevity medicine works from the inside out. The cryo chamber, mHBO, and exercise can only unfold their full potential when your biochemical foundation is in place: enough coenzyme Q10 for mitochondrial energy production, vitamin D for immune modulation and bone strength, magnesium for muscle relaxation and nerve signaling, zinc for wound healing and hormonal balance.
Many people feel stuck below their performance potential despite a healthy diet — often because silent deficiencies go undetected. A targeted micronutrient check brings clarity: What is actually missing? What can be supported? And how does it all fit into a holistic concept?
Physician Jutta Cornelia Müller combines classic general medicine with orthomolecular medicine and nutrition. At her private practice at Coolzoone by MedicBite, she advises you one-on-one — without time pressure, and with the big picture in mind.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Who is micronutrient medicine at Coolzoone for?
Micronutrient medicine is for anyone who wants to proactively support their health and performance — at any age. It can be especially valuable for people with persistent fatigue, frequent infections, athletes looking to improve recovery, and anyone going through a high-stress phase of life. During your consultation, physician Jutta Cornelia Müller will discuss whether a check-up makes sense for you — and which one.
What is the difference between the Basic Check and the Intensive Check?
The Basic Check (30 min, €75) is ideal for a first overview: you get a medical consultation and concrete recommendations based on your diet and current symptoms — without lab work. The Intensive Check (€100–150 + approx. €247 lab fees) goes deeper: a blood sample is taken and analyzed against a comprehensive micronutrient panel, which becomes the basis for your personalized supplementation plan.
Does health insurance cover the costs?
No — all services are private, self-pay services and are not reimbursed by German statutory health insurance. Private health insurers and Beihilfe may partially cover medical consultations depending on your plan. Please check your coverage with your insurer in advance. On request, we can issue an invoice compliant with the German medical fee schedule (GOÄ).
Do I need to fast before the Intensive Check?
For meaningful lab results, we recommend not eating for at least 8–10 hours before the blood draw and avoiding caffeine. Water is always fine. Please take any prescribed medication as usual and let Jutta Cornelia Müller know about it during your consultation.
How long does it take to get the lab results?
The samples are sent to a certified partner laboratory. Results are usually available within 5–10 business days. You will then get an appointment with Jutta Cornelia Müller to go over your results and develop your personalized plan.
